No. We offer the same day appointment. Clinic opens at 7 am daily. Names are not taken over the phone or email; you must come in to register. Some problems do require an appointment such as pap tests and physicals. Same day reservations are available 7 days per week. Reservations can be made via our website and can be booked beginning at 7 am each day.
In general queries, questions and bookings should be addressed via our website at homocaregracioushospital.com. For patient with a family doctor in the clinic, urgent after hours medical questions can be asked by calling 604-299-9769.
Walk in reservations are not doctor specific, but are for the first doctor available at the time of your booking.
Our walk in reservation tool opens at 7 am each morning and patients can book for any available time throughout the day.
Homocare Gracious Hospital does not offer refunds once services have been provided with the exception of some special cases. On the occurrence of such special case, which can only be determined by the CMD, contact our office. Refunds would be processed and paid out within 30 days of submission via cheque.
